On 10 July 2020, the Permanent Mission of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the UN Office at Geneva made a response to the news release of Special Rapporteur on promotion and protection of the right to freedom of expression. The Permanent Mission of the Kingdom of Cambodia in Geneva is utterly dismayed at the misleading and faulty conclusion of Mr. David Kaye, Special Rapporteur (SR) on freedom of opinion and expression as to the nature of Cambodia’s human rights integrated responses to the Covid-19.
